YOUALITY Festival: From Chantilly to Cannes, A Rising Voice in Poetic Cinema
What started as a single evening of screenings in Chantilly has, over five editions, grown into the YOUALITY International Short Film Festival — now with more than 1,500 submitted short films and 32+ awards presented to date.
The festival’s identity has stayed consistent from the start: films that are more poetic, more conscious, and more human, judged across categories from Best Poetic Film to Best Documentary and Best Music Video.
That consistency has been noticed. The festival is now recognized as an Accredited Company at the Marché du Film, Cannes 2025 — a significant step for an event that began without institutional backing.
As the festival moves into its next edition, submissions remain open on FilmFreeway, with the same jury standards that shaped the first five years.
