As your fractional AI Creative Director, I embed with your team on a monthly basis: setting creative-AI direction, supervising output quality, training your people, and owning the pipeline so your producers don’t have to. This isn't technical oversight from someone who's never directed a shoot or approved a final mix. You get a working creative director who happens to also run the AI stack — someone who can tell you when an AI-assisted shortcut will cost you festival-quality output, because they've made that call on their own projects.
